Not all foods are satisfying or good for you. I don't eat much fried food anymore and now if I do I just feel heavy and tired. I prefer to eat more fruit and veggies verses a burger and fries. I agree you shouldn't restrict yourself in any way but to say all food is created equal No way dude :D

I agree 100% however today I did level 2- 30 day shred and my hrm says I burned 126 calories for 27 minutes! I don't think it's right.

I have all my info programmed to the hrm, and there is a calculation to determine approximate calories burned. Like today I worked out harder than yesterday and my hrm is saying I burned less...no way

lol don't buy cookies! Instead try 100 calories packs thats what I do it helps. Kellogs makes the new crispy chocholate wafers...so good.

This is what I did, and it worked for me............. Start with cardio and "watch" how people are using the machines. Cardio machines are simple to start with press "quick start" and you will be on your way. Throw in some free weights to start and you will be doing your own thing before you know it. Also google gym…

Definitely try some protein bars, I love Larabars or Odwallas for on the run.. Always keep fresh fruit and veggies on hand :)
