  • I got most of my info from the FAQ on reddit located here. A few tips: Try not to overthink it Learn to calculate net carbs early, it'll open a lot up to you. Net carbs = total carbs - fiber - sugar alcohols. Eat your veggies. Even when I'm being super strict, I consider green veggies free. Spinach, zucchini, kale, salads.…

  • Hey guys! I had great success on Keto last year after I broke my leg. My surgeon put me on the diet to avoid surgery (among other reasons, but losing weight helped a lot). I went from 210 to 180 in about 6 months before I got lazy and maintained. Now I’m back on the bandwagon and off to lose another 30. I’m excited and I’d…

  • All these replies are getting ME excited to start running!
  • Do you peel your oranges first? I don't peel my lemons, but I like the rind....
  • Oh sweet potatos! That's a new one. And I was thinking about using an avocado but wasn't sure.
  • Thank you so much for the great responses, guys!! Keep em coming!
  • I have a cattle dog/am staff/chow mix, and we walk an hour every day at a pretty good pace. I'm working up to 2 hrs and then jogging/running. I also have a greyhound/catahoula mix but she's technically my roommate's dog so I try to get HER to walk her.

  • I could use some encouragement! Starting over for the first time and my stupid meds aren't helping v_v
  • I prefer Brownies. I stole a baby!

  • I didn't notice the imbalance between meals, so in order to try and increase my calories and balance it out at the same time, I'll try and bulk out my breakfast a bit. I know you're supposed to anyhow. Hopefully that helps.
  • That seems like such a paradox to eat more to lose weight, but I'll try it.
  • I make faux mac and cheese. You use cauliflower and only part of the noodles, bread crumbs and some light cheeses. It's AMAZING and so filling! I can only eat about half a cup (and that's back when I would eat anything in front of me).
  • I was just talking about this app!! I don't have it, but I'd read about it. Went walking today with my roommates and I told them the way I keep from getting worn out (I was always a good few yards ahead) is that I pretend I'm in the zombie-apocalypse and am scouting for supplies. They laughed, but it works.
  • I weight daily so I can chart different things. I expect it to fluxuate (I was a lb heavy out of nowhere the other day), but it gives me a better idea of what happens based on what I do -- ie salt intake, exercise, time of the month, etc. As long as the slope continues downwards, I'm happy. ...Also I may be a huge dork and…
  • I started it a few times and peetered out a week in each time. I could use some friends to keep me motivated :flowerforyou:
