  • I have a bunch of single serving Shakeology shake bags, if anybody wants, send me an email. Hopefully we can work something out where I can get them to you for cheap. Meaning they will be free to you but I'm not going to spend too much to ship them to you. Nicole
  • That's why you're one of my buddies! Needed that!
  • I don't really look for anything since they're online friends only. Guess they should be serious about losing weight. And support should go both ways.
  • I'm definitely adding you, having gone through the exact same thing myself. Was down 20 lbs, then gained that back and more. Who doesn't love a do-over? Another chance to do it right, better than you did last time. . . . .
  • WOW! Congratulations! Would love to be friends with you, if you don't mind. I'm going to try what you said: take in less calories and move more. AMAZING!!! Girl, you should be the poster child for MyFitnessPal, lol. Thanks for the inspiration! Nicole
  • Good Afternoon Everyone! I'm going to do this with you all, hoping I can see great results also. Have been on and off this diet thing for a couple months now. Somehow, gained more than anything else but have now begun to lose again. Btwn funerals, vacations, school & work: i haven't had time to finish what i started. But I…

  • I log it all so that the history stays true and you can either see your progress or your decline, lol.
  • I work in Manhattan but live and go to school in Brooklyn, anyone interested in working out together?
  • Congratulations on your progress! Sadly, I haven't measured anything since starting this journey. Considering I've stopped losing weight, maybe I'm progressing in that area, will have to check this stuff out. Thanks for the idea!
  • SOOO sorry to hear about your loss, we're here for you! Adding you now.
  • Hey Jen, We all need support here in this journey, adding you now. Thanks!
  • Went to the doc on Dec. 30th, she had me step on the scale and shot the market to 200 lbs. In shock, I said I don't weigh 200 lbs, she said nope you weigh 199. Truth hurts.
  • Definitely in a similar boat, adding you now. Good luck! Together, anything is possible!
  • I'm in New York, can we all be friends?
  • Happy to do what I can, support is easy! Adding your shortly.
  • My major is Business, Management, and Finance (combination of Business Administration, Mgmt & Banking/Finance). Minor is FInancial Planning. Considering a double- major Masters in Entrepreneurship & Economics. Impressed with the Linguistics/Spanish combination!
  • I do a combination of gym and at home work outs. Must say that those done at home are much more strenuous than those at the gym for some reason. Weights at the gym, small cardio done on the bike when there too. At home, Jillian Michaels videos, 10 min workout, P90X, stepper, bench (crunches, press, inclined leg lift,…
  • As long as you start somewhere, that's all that matters. Since you're calorie intake per meal is so low, over time you'll see that you can add a meal and it won't hurt you. This will increase your metabolism over time. Stick to your plan and you should be fine. Be strong! We're here for you if ever need support!

  • I used to overdo it too, would weigh myself EVERY morning trying to see how much I lost or gained. Became a problem. Now I weigh myself every Sunday, have stuck to it and it means that much more. Now I work towards each Sunday with my workouts. Congrats on joining and taking the leap to get into better shape! Care to be…
  • I too am looking for support on this site, have found that it helps and keeps you on track. Will send an invitation shortly. Be strong! We're here for you!
  • I agree with a number of posts, first off my nutritionist made me clean out my kitchen of all the bad stuff and replace it with good stuff. Secondly, she started making me read labels. Once I started that, seeing the calories of everything started making me think about the gym. When I go to the gym and ride the bike for 15…
  • Whenever you can fit it in your schedule! After juggling College, Real Estate Salespersons school and working like 60 hours per week I have found that if you limit yourself to any particular time frame, you risk not working out should a conflict arise. Just doing it matters, regardless of when.
  • All of these are good exercises for your butt but the key is to clinch your butt (make a hard muscle with it) every time you come back up, that will make it tight and higher also.
  • Trying to build a local support group so that we can get through this, together.
