Kashi or Vans waffles are good choices. Quick and you can do a lot with them really fast. I love spreading 2 tbs of peanut butter over them. I also sometimes do light cream or ricotta cheese with a little cinnamon. Both ways are easy to eat on the go. Otherwise if you have time they're great topped with berries (frozen or…

HUMMUS! Hummus dolls up any veggie or cracker nicely. It's so tasty you won't even realize it's healthy. I snack on it with 100% whole grain wheat thins, pretzels, carrots, celery, ANY veggie really. I also top any sandwich/burger with it! Eggs, they're so versatile and you can mask a lot of flavors in scrambles. Zucchini,…

My mornings scrambles are always loaded with veggies... anything we have! Zucchini, celery, spinach and onions are my favorite! Baby carrots and hummus is another one of my go to snacks :)

eggs don't explode in the microwave! you can make scrambled eggs (even scrambles with cheese, ham, whatever!) in the microwave. my husband sometimes scrambles an egg or two with some milk and cheese in a coffee mug and microwaves it for about 1 minute per egg... and he's set to walk out the door with his eggs in a cup! :)

kashi 7 grain or blueberry waffles are pretty much my go to on crazy busy mornings. i LOVE breakfast... they're easy to just pop in the toaster while you're getting ready and eat with a little peanut butter. i also love putting cream or ricotta cheese with a little cinnamon on them. easy to take on the go, healthy and…
