I'm 28 5'4'' and 127 and have been for the last 3 months. I would love to be 120. Being at this plateau has really made it hard to follow the diet plan and workout everyday! I think I need a change-up.

I have 2 lbs to get to my first goal and 7 lbs to my final goal. I have only lost 1 lb in the last 3 months. It drives me crazy. I really want to tone up but that doesn't seem to be happening very fast either. I work out at least 5 days a week and stay under or at my calories. I could use any advice or motivation.

I've lost 4 inches around my chest since April and dropped a cup size. I think I would feel differently if I had big boobs in the first place but I didn't. I want my boobs back!!!

Today is my last workout and Wednesday I'm going to start a couch to 10k workout. As my sister would say I'm addicted to running. I love it.

I loved to love run when i was in middle school to junior high but stopped because of an injury. I started about 7 weeks ago and I've never felt better. I'm running 25 to 30 mins straight. Everytime you run a little bit further you feel amazing.

I think it is all up to the person. I've read to eat within an 1/2 of going to bed. Something small to keep blood sugar up. I eat before I go to bed and I havn't had a problem losing weight.

I'm 5'4'' and I started at 140 in April and now I'm at 127. I would like to be between 120-125 which is the weight I was before having kids. I have a small top and a curvy bottom. Actually this is the first time I've seen below 130 in 10 years. I feel the best I've ever felt.

I would try weight lifting. It has really helped me! Don't give up!!! I agree 2 pounds in 2 weeks is good. Also I agree take measurements.

Well I started at 140 only needing to lose 15 lbs and I'm halfway there in only 2 months. I eat 1200 calories a day. The best exercise I say is in home gym. I love P90X, Chalean Extreme, Turbo Fire, Brazilian Buttlift. Pretty much any workout for Beachbody. They have the good combination of cardio and strength training.…

Yes it can be done. I watched my sister lose 93 pds and she is still losing. You go girl. You can do anything. I'm not saying it is going to be easy, or you won't be tempted to quit or the junk won't look good. You have a goal and the strength to do it!!
