I def agree with the other MFPer's here. Your face is a lil slimmer, you have a very nice smile, and I also notice around the waist. I like to see before and after pix in the same outfit but that's just me. Awesome Loss! Congrats and keep up the good work!

I honestly don't know about working out yet but I've heard and experienced that Espom salt is Awesome when you have sore muscles. It it to a nice Hot (as you can stand) bath and soak for 20 - 30 minutes I think. It Might say on the Box how long you should soak

I grabbed My Bag of grapes and looked up Columbine Vineyards (The Grower) They didn't have any info so I clicked on Links and found California Table Grape Commission. Their info was for 3/4C / 4.5 oz which is exactly my weight and nearly my cup measure so I went with that. Thanks again everyone!!!

U nderstand you can eat any serving size but I wanted it to equal a Svg on the Food Pyramid. I'm going with 10 Holiday Grapes which Weighed 4.5oz (Big Grapes) and came out to measure 1 Cup. Thanks so much for putting up with my lack of knowledge

when I went to enter them into my food Diary I saw 4.5oz, 5.5oz & 35 Grapes. I always that 1C of Fruit = a Svg & 1/2 Cup of Veggies = a Svg. Very Frustrating

I love Green Been Casserole. I guess it depends on the ingredients you use and the portion size you consume. I think the Sodium is gonna be high but if what the MFPer posted was correct the Cals aren't bad but the sodium is a little scary

If someone doesn't want their Food Diary read there are to steps to take regarding Privacy. Public, Friends Only , Private only or a PIN number I think so they can give it out to whomever the like. I noticed Many Members Favored Potatoes here. I'm not a confident cook so I've never tried roasting, boiling, or baking potatoes before. Always just made them out of a box. These are counted as Starch right? I'll start experimenting with them after next payday.
