    Look up the ingredients and see how much it is. It depends on how you make it and how much of it you eat, so I can't really tell you.

    Probably yes. I am not going to worry about it this year, but I am making one from the website www.fatfreevegan.com. It still has a LOT of fat in it, but way less than the traditional version.

    I love Green Been Casserole. I guess it depends on the ingredients you use and the portion size you consume. I think the Sodium is gonna be high but if what the MFPer posted was correct the Cals aren't bad but the sodium is a little scary
