I'm 38...5'2"..with about 35 more to lose...down 18 pounds in a little over a month. It's working, but it seems to take longer for us short girls :) Feel free to add me!!

You will do great....because you WANT this :) I have several trips planned soon. I'm gonna stay motivated and plan well. I started my exercise routine with just simple walks, and now I'm working on the C25K program. You are right....we all need to MOVE MORE!!! You do a great job encouraging others and I hope we do the same…

Hi All! I'm 5'2" and CW is 166. Since starting last month I am down 13 lbs. My goals for this month are to begin the C25K program, and hopefully continue to lose the weight. My ultimate goal is to get back to around 120-125. Good Luck to all...love the support :)

At 5'2" I weighed 115 when I graduated. Lost the freshman 15 in college (missed my Mom's Italian cooking). Now 167. My highest weight was 179...headed down to 125 :)

We have similar goals, but you are much younger than I am. :) The only thing I would suggest is to limit the processed food. I see a lot of pizza, cakes, low fat stuff...full of sodium. Go for more veggies and lean protein. Healthy habits at your age will help you stay healthy for a lifetime!

My strategy is pretty basic...lol. Eat less and move more. I come from a big Italian family. Huge potions, lots of pasta, eat until you can't move :) So, I started walking on the treadmill.
