I'm a little further away down the A2. x

I'm waiting for mine to arrive. Need a head start as my clothes look atrocious on me and my photos make me cringe

I've just placed an order. Those protein bars were there x

Im thinking about getting diet chef but Im a bit worried I wont like the taste of it. Ive heard the meatballs are chewy and the couscous lunches are powdery and disgusting. However Ive seen it work!

I am not a fruit lover anyway so I have plenty of vegetables to replace it. Generally I don't eat any or much. I go through phases.

This is amazing. I was getting disheartened as there's 'no action' on the scales but my clothes fit well and I'm just smaller. Just goes to show, the scales are deceiving. :-)

You have such lovely shiny hair with light eyes. Reminds me of Snow White!
-
WOW you look younger now than 23!

I pay £300 per year for my water. I live alone and only use the washing machine at weekends. x

I shower 3 times at weekends or in the summer. I love it. Very wasteful though...

I don't now how to weigh and measure lentils. I cooked 250g or raw lentils and that made 4 portions of soup. One portion weighs about 500g - 700g as I've used a lot more water in the soup. So how do I log this?

Yes, I'm not unhappy with my body. I don't like my arms but I think it is normal for everyone to complain about one or two bodyparts. It's not the end of the world. I think lean with six pack is great but my bums and boobs are a feature I'd like to maintain. They are 'where they should be' so I wouldn't want to lose fat…

All my tests came back OK except cholesterol was a bit high for my age group but considered 'normal' because it is a genetic trait. Heart diseases run in my family. Doc said as long as I don't have a belly, I have minimal risk anyway.

This is what I did. My partner too cooks some huge, salty, fatty 'cave man food'. So I pre cook my weekday meals on Sundays, put them in those takeaway plastic containers and reheat throughout the week.

WOW! At 181lbs you look slimmer than me! I'm 170. This tells me you're real toned. Well done! x

Adios is not really diet pills.. they are herbal hogwash! 'May aid slimming' It works like a diuretic... makes you pee all day so you lose water weight.. and gain it back in a couple of days. Eat sensibly and move more. Good luck! x
-
A whole heap of hogwash! I've seen fitter folks on MFP!

Jogging whilst doing arm circles. Jogging with arms waving one another behind you. Jogging with bicep curl. Jogging with arms up, front and out (as if you were cheeleading) Good luck!

I am a 34E and please DO NOT RUIN YOUR BREASTS BY RUNNING WITH INCORRECT BRAS. You WILL END UP WITH UGLY PUPPY DOG EARS! I've seen it with some ladies when they change, it looks awful and unless you get fat again or op for surgery.. there is no cure. Invest in a runner's bra. Never buy so called 'sports bras' from Nike or…

My NSV today was wearing two knitted jumpers on top of one another and still look sexy (instead of a tight pack of sausage! LOL) I don't care about the scales, I just want to look the best version of myself. The way I was created to look! :-D
-
Aaaargh!! I wanted to look like her! I'll have to grow an inch taller, get implants and not sure what to do with my ribs yet...
-
I prefer losing myself in my own thoughts and enjoying some 'me time'. Company makes me feel I have to be 'social' and have to 'look half decent'. When I work out alone, I burn (literally) and look like trash! LOL
-
And you don't have skin hanging off you! WOW!
-
I would definitely say clothes size. I was a UK 10 - 12 and I weighed about 160lbs. I'm still trying to get leaner. I love the baffled look that nurses and doctors give me when my BMI doesn't match what they see. My boyfriend thought I was about 10stones (140lbs) for someone my size and when I told him, he called me 'lead'…

Awww what gorgeous photos!
-
They are all just absolutely gorgeous!

I have 4 cats registered to me and about 4 others that have semi-owned me.
-
I'm definitely trying the cookie sheet trick.

They normally take a good month or so to adjust. Especially with older pets. They are sometimes 'stuck' in the old ways.

My cats have their own beds and their own bedroom. On particularly cold winter nights I can sometimes hear them poking their head into my room and curling up by the foot of my bed. I don't shoo them as they don't do it all the time. (My bed is heated in the winter months)
