grab some mixed nuts, and put them through your food processor.... soak fillets in some milk & italian dressing - then coat with the nuts..... bake in greased baking dish at about 375 for a few minutes till they are flaky... YUMMO!

In my experience (over 20 yrs as a vegetarian - and a healthy one at that - I am here to lose my pregnancy weight from my three kids) It is probably not protein that your body needs... check your B vitamin levels. Most americans eat WAY too much protein and it is actually iron veg. lacks... not protein. good luck!

Just be careful.... I recently decided to buy some "no salt" frozen peas from walmart... then when I got home, the ingredients list: peas, sodium........ummmm last time I checked sodium is salt.... I called and complained! Their response was.... it's a perservative.... ummmm yeah... but the front says "NO SALT"

perfect example of how what works for one, doesn't work for all. I was always hungry too while bfing, but I found that I craved healthy foods and could pretty much eat as much as I wanted of HEALTHY foods (I think that is key) and was able to lose the majority of my baby weight without trying. hmmmmm strange.

What many of you are missing is the difference between "breast feeding" and "nursing"... it isn't all about FEEDING... there is the closeness and comfort that comes from being at the breast. And quite honestly, if it is not YOUR child, at YOUR breast... what do you care???? CHILDREN who are breastfed are soooo much better…
