Three Ingredient Entrees

Options
Any interesting three-ingredient entree recipes out there? I got to thinking about this after dinner tonight. I had a pre-cooked half turkey breast and was trying to figure out how to serve it. Here's what I ended up doing:

Steam, season, and mash cauliflower
Warm and slice turkey breast
Serve turkey on cauliflower mash and top with canned fire roasted green chiles

Turned out to be easy and delicious. Also had a garden salad on the side. By the way, speaking of easy, I'm a big fan of those Ziploc steamer bags. I steamed my cauliflower in one of those and then seasoned it, zipped it back up and mashed it using the the same bag (protecting my hands from the heat).

Eggplant cubed, onions, and tomatoes. All chopped up...roast in pan 425 for 20 min. You can also toss in balsamic and oil prior.

I just saw an ad for a "four ingredients app". It's by an Aussie author who has a stack of popular "4 ingredient" cookbooks.

Except I just checked it out and it looks like you have to pay extra to get recipes... Bit dodgy!

You might find the website useful anyway:

    3. Sauteed Mushrooms (season with salt and pepper)

    1. Pork Loin Roast (browned and seasoned with salt and pepper)
    2. Saurkraut (strained/rinsed)
    3. Apple Juice (enough to cover pork and saurkraut)
Simmered in crock pot for 4 hours.

    1. Ham

    3. Baby Carrots
Steam in microwave until cooked. YUM.
