I'm 5'1" and my goal is 120 - 125. I am staring at 192 but tend to build muscle really well, so I may never get to that weight on the scale. So my alternate goal is size 6-8 or 125... Whichever comes first. :)

Here's my 2 pennies... I weighed 180 when I met my husband and lost 40 lbs almost instantly (desk job to beer girl at the golf course... and I was happy). Got married and gained 60 lbs over the last 10 years. I have only been working on this seriously since January. I haven't lost any weight, I have actually gained 3 lbs!!…

I don't know how close you are to Cliff Cave Park off Telegraph Road, but there is a nice 5 mile track there. One small hill but mostly flat in the river bottom. I walk and ride my bike there. This is my favorite park because there is no car traffic around the track at all which makes biking a little more comfortable to me…

I am a mother of two, daughter 21 and son 15. Happily married for 9 years. I am 39, will be 40 in July. My birthday present to me is to be 39 forever and at least look like I am 39 for as long as possible. Seriously though, I have been spent the last 20+ years of my life taking care of my family and putting myself…

I have a hard time sticking to long term goals. The big picture just seems too big. I do really good with my nutrition(making healthy choices) most days, portion control, not so much. Working out, terrible. Funny how putting it out there in black & white really shines the light to the crux of the problem. My light bulb…

I'm 5'2" and currently weigh 198. I carry all of my weight on my middle (boobs, tummy, butt and thighs). I lost about 20 lbs last January due to pneumonia but gained 18 of it back over the year. I attribute that gain to quitting smoking. So, maybe I didn't do so great with the weight but the non-smoking thing has made me…
