I started my healthy living changes January 1st of this year. I took these top pictures that night. 51 days of MFP logging and 2-3 sessions a week at the gym and this is my progress so far. Just under 30 pounds down, I have 50 more to go but I wanted to celebrate the progress that I though I would never make. I want to thank everyone on MFP who posts their progress and success pictures, they motivate me so much and really help keep me on track! Cheers to the next 30!
