I'm right there with you. This time last year, I was down 80 lbs, life happened (just another excuse), I quit going to the gym, started eating whatever/whenever I wanted, kept telling myself "I'll get back to it tomorrow" that turned into "I'll get back on track next week" that turned into "Meh. Whatever." Now, I'm up 60…

Sounds great!! Definitely going to try this one!

I have 4- 24 ounce water bottles on my desk that I fill up first thing in the morning. That way I have them ready to go as soon as I finish my coffee. If I don't fill them first thing, I will not fill them through out the day or I lose count of how many I have finished. And, as previously mentioned, your bladder will…

I've lost nearly 70 pounds over the past 9 months. In my second or third week of losing, my mom hopped on board with me counting calories and moving more and it was great. We were both losing and cheering each other on...until the holidays rolled around, we went on separate vacations, she took a break and I kept on. Now,…

The last time I was losing weight, I had one co-worker (an older female) tell me almost weekly that I made her sick because I was losing weight. I finally had to sit down with her and explain how her "joke" wasn't funny anymore. Now this time around, I have a male supervisor offering me cookies, candy, donuts and such on a…

For breakfast, a regular Egg McMuffin. Any other time, I get either 2 Grilled Chicken Snack Wraps (no sauce) or the Grilled Chicken and Bacon Premium Wrap (no sauce).

Talk to yourself like you are talking to a friend, especially on the bad days.

Scottish, Irish, English and German on my mom's side. Texan on my dad's.

Go here and give them your info: https://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/login_counter_reset_request It happens to me from time to time because I flip back and forth between website and apps (one on iphone and one on ipad).

I like to get the vanilla flavored greek yogurt and add blackberries or any other kind of fruit or berry.

I make a flatbread pizza using Flatout brand flatbread for the crust, Classico Sun Dried Tomato Pesto for the sauce and lots of veggies. I don't use a whole lot of cheese, really just enough to hold the veggies together so they don't fall off.

I can sit in my chair at work and my hips don't hit the arms of the chair. I had to tighten the laces on my walking shoes. I got on the elliptical the other day and it didn't kill my knees. I think I'm going to try it out again.

I would have to say IRL it would be my mom. She joined MFP with me and then actually started using it. She has been a huge help this time around! It just so happens that I work in the same building as her so I get to have lunch with her just about every day. If neither of us brings anything in for lunch, she will…

It's not the reflection in a mirror or the outward appearance that makes someone beautiful. You are already beautiful. :flowerforyou:

I like to get the grilled chicken snack wrap without the sauce. I think they run around $1.50 and 180 calories.

Band-aid brand makes a specific band-aid for blisters (I think it's called Blister Ampules) They are a little stretchy and give a nice pad over and around the blister. That should help protect the blister so you can keep walking in the short run. Typically, you want to try to keep the blister intact and let it heal on it's…

I have yet to meet a bread that I haven't liked!

I am 5'7" tall and currently weigh 243 lbs. I was drinking 3 plus liters (101-150 oz) of water and 16 oz of coffee a day and my urine had no color at all. I recently cut back to somewhere between 2-3 liters (60-100 oz) of water because my hands and feet were always cold and it only got worse as I drank more water.

I've nearly lost a cinder block and have an average fashion model to go. It'll be so nice to get her off my back.!

That's happened to me several times. I usually try to log it peice-meal or I look at similar things other people have added to the database and take an average.

The one I use is the Eat Smart Precision Pro. It has a capacity of 11 lbs and the buttons are on the front, below the display. It has an On/Off/Tare button and a button to change the units. I ordered it off Amazon for around $20. It's small enough to fit in my purse and very lightweight.

I've started using Greek yogurt instead of mayo with tuna or chicken salad. It adds a little extra flavor and has less calories than mayo. I also like vanilla Greek yogurt with a little cinnamon stirred in, good as is or used as a dip for apple slices. For lunch or dinner, a baked potato topped with a little vegetable soup…

Time of day really is really a personal preference. I get up early some mornings and do my walk, but I've found it's easier to do them in the afternoon. I keep a faster pace, have fewer aches and pains, and seem to have a better atitude toward the walk if I do it later in the day. I think the same goes for eating…
