70lbs lost with pictures!!

Hello,

As of today I've lost 70lbs!!! WHAT!? That's insane. I can't believe it and I'm the one who did it! It's crazy what a little less beer and cheeseburgers and a little more veggies and protein can do!

I still want to lose another 80lbs which sounds like a lot but if you consider that I had 150lbs to lose and I'm already half way there I know I can do it!

I've scrolled through the success stories and photographs and been uplifted and inspired to keep going and today I want to inspire and uplift too!! I can do this! We can do this! Feel free to add me as a friend and we can support and encourage each other!

    I'm so glad you posted this! I thought I was the only one with those weird, poochy places under their boobs. I can't wait for those to go away! Good to know I'm not the only one! Haha.
