  • Just moderation of anything I eat? lunch at work is the hardiest, when I forget to bring lunch (which in the first place I dont think is very "lose weight" friendly) all there is, is fast food. I do google for ideas and search for menus about im not sure if im just picky or what.
  • Thanks everyone. yeah, i dont get really hungry after workingout but if I do Ill try and have something small (soup, doritos :) something) I am trying to lose weight (I am a fluffy 171.8) after I get to my goal weight(im thinking 140 lbs) I want to tone up.   • Thanks, but thats way too much work to just add my workout sheet lol... Ive been thinking of doing my workout sheet and maybe start something else and then yoga to end the night... Im 171.8, and I feel like i just need to work out harder.

  • I tried Insanity for 1 day it was too difficult for me and I'm sure I would on injured myself lol I also have tried the Jillian Michaels 30 DS and got all the way to the second level. Now I'm just in search for something more to be doing at home.
  • There's lots of workouts online. Also do the basics jumping jacks, crunches, push ups, lunges, and burped. You can do this with the kids too, or nap time I do it all after my kids are in bed for the night.

  • Totally get back into it do what you can. I always set my goal for an hr but usually stop after 30mins i get tired and man i am sweating buckets by then. But I think this time around for me Ima push it as much as I can just to keep going longer, but maybe for the first month 30mins is a goal.

  • Thanks everyone. I use baby butt paste right now(it's diaper rash cream I have for the kids) that works great. My thighs will hurt when there's lots of friction and its hot out, and I like to wear shorts when I can. Thanks again :)

  • I have heard working out early mornings or before meal time is better for weight lose so I think I'll start to do that. And my meal plans are that with cereal or oat meal for breakfast, veggies and wheat thins for snacks, soup for lunch, and a light dinner. I can give that a try see how it goes.
