  • Veggies are low in calories and you can eat lots of them. For instance I LOVE mashed potatoes so instead of potatoes, I steamed a bunch of cauliflower added a little garlic salt and a small amount of fat free shredded cheese and it was GREAT! Hang in there... You'll overcome it!

  • I agree with Stac...you definately have to change your way of thinking. It's a way of life not just a fad diet. As for food, the obvious, fresh fruits and veggies are great and low-cal too. They have low-cal bread out there at like 35 calories per slice. When I want something sweet, I'll grab a tub of fat free cool whip…
  • I've never ran a race before but am planning my first in May 2011 for the Race for a cure in DC for braintumors... Probably not running, but brisk walking for sure... I'm really looking forward to it. =)

  • It sounds like you're on the right track. Being accountable for every little thing has really helped me focus on what I'm putting into my body everyday. I've omited alot, but on occasion, after I meet a specific goal or something, I'll treat myself. Stay strong and keep up the good work. This site really helps! Becky =)
  • Click on the "TOOLS" tab and under that you will see badges, tickers etc.. The tickers will show how much weight you've lost, or however you design it. GOOD LUCK!!!!!! =) This site has truely kept me on track. I love it. =) Becky :wink:
