I have a Pit Bull (blue nose). He loves to go for walks. This breed needs plenty of excercise so whenever i go for my daily walks I take him with me. I live in an apartment so I feel bad if i don't take him along to get some fresh air lol.

5 miles for 5 days is grea that deseves a rest. I try to walk to walk at least 2 miles a day 7 days a week.

Count me in. There are gyms near me but I just cant afford it right now. I rely on walking as well and sometimes jogging. I'm 22 weight: 190 height: 5'5 Ultimate Goal is: 125

I usually use Lawry's hawaiian marinade on chicken breast and pan fry it but no oil, maybe a spray of pam. Its delicious and only 20 calories per tablespoon. And for broccoli I would recommend either soy sauce or gravy, but all I use is butter and sometimes a dash of salt. Lawry's have other marinades as well.

To an extent its true. When I was 15 I went without power for two weeks with no money just canned food. I wont get into details but I went to school just to eat free school lunch, and in those two weeks i lost 15lbs. No exercising.
