I didn't even feel it and know it happened. I did 7 kipping pull ups and when I was walking to the box jumps I glanced at my hand and saw the mess I made. lol

My wife and I just joined Crossfit Bond and we start this Monday. We have to go through 2 weeks of a class called Elements to teach us proper technique and form. I'm super pumped about it. I've competed most of my life and for the last 2 years I've not be able to do that. Can't wait for a new challenge.

Drinking a lot of water will actually help with pushing water out of your system. Working out and eating healthy is the best way to increase your energy levels. Not easy to push through your day to day activities when you feel sluggish. I agree with this. If you went off of what BMI says you should be at, then you'd be nothing but a stick and I find nothing healthy about that what so ever.

Yes, it is very possible. I'd say your diet is 80% of getting in shape.
