Hello! I think I will aim for 50 in October. Perfect timing for me on this Challenge which is weird so I'm definitely ahead of the game already! First run this evening!!
-
How are you doing so far? I am starting Day 17.
-
Fantastic transformation!!!!!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!!
-
Happy to have remembered this thread on the 1st of the month! lol Will be running every other day starting tomorrow, offset by weight day.
-
I forgot my lunch at home so I had a turkey/provolone sandwich with honey wheat bread from the coffestand. It was prepackaged so I didn't have a choice on bread. Tomorrow I will have my normal chicken and broccoli.

NO fast food! I am going on day 3 -- the easy and quick fix has taking me down during quarentine lol

Hello! I am new to Keto (Day 2), I work out 5-6 days a week, am 5'4 and am aiming to lose 70 lbs as well! Feel free to add me

I'm on day 2 after multiple day 1's lol

Popcorn has always been one of my fave late night snacks too!! When I have it, I use a brown lunch bag, use a little less than a 1/2 cup yellow kernal corn, and stick it in the microwave. For me, I stop eating at 7:30pm--which is super hard because of work and sports schedules, but I find if I meal prep it is alot easier…

If I need something sweet I usually try to have an apple or some grapes. It's not always easy--especially when there's delicious ice cream in the freezer!!
-
I usually have 3 hard boiled eggs and a 20 oz Americano. Super light, but about 2 hours later I generally have an apple. It works for me!

I also can't get enough of this song... https://youtu.be/IkC1eJIyoD0

https://youtu.be/4QwRk4Hjzq8 I'm super obsessed with Demi at the moment...LOVE her!

I'm glad I'm not the only one!! I took too long of a break from the gym and now I feel like I'm back to square one. Feel free to add me--I'm on everyday :)

I LOVE crossfit! I've been doing it for a little over a year. I'm sure I would see way better results if I would stick to better nutrition though lol... Most places give you a free workout or two so try it out and try a few different places out too to see if you like this place over that place and the workouts in general.…

I'm on Map My Run but I have to take a break for my feet to heal :( Otherwise, I would love to be your virtual running buddy!!

1. I don't use anything while just running. I am training for a half marathon so I'm sure once I hit the 90 min mark, I'll probably need something. But I would just listen to your body and use fuel when you feel like you need it. I do use Bloks during Spartan Races...about 2 hrs in but that's a lot different activity than…

Do it!!! the trainer will be able to help you with modifications when needed. When I started, I was in need of ALOT of modifications and I still do, but not as many. Never a better time to start than NOW!!! Keep us posted!!

So far so good! 8/1 50 mins 8/2 50 mins

Feel free to add me!

I would invest in a pair of decent trail shoes. I paid around $80 for mine and I wear them maybe twice a month now when I go trail running. There will be parts of the run where you'll be climbing up and down hills and that's where you'll feel the benefit of trail shoes. At least I do. I'm not sure whether gloves would be…

Feel free to add me as well!!

As long as I can fit it into my calories for the day, I love to have an IPA or two! I don't lose as fast as I do when I don't drink, but I expect that. I also steer clear the next day of the favorite hangover foods...those, to me, is when I gain the most!
-
When I get hungry in between meals, I slice up an apple and take a brief little break from what I'm doing and walk outside for a minute.
-
My motivation comes from a few different things. I have this love/hate fitness relationship with someone very close to me--I was pretty much encouraged to start a trifecta so I did...then my friend bailed on me when they were done with theirs leaving me with one more on mine. I was devastated because I don't want to do…

I did barre for a few months and I LOVED it!!! In about 3 weeks, I saw a a HUGE difference in loss of inches specifically in my waist and upper arms. I also felt/noticed a difference in my butt which I LOVED!!!! I would do barre again but the only thing is, I love crossfit too and will not pay two different gym/studio…

When I run, I use an app--RockMyRun and select the Pop station. My favorites so far are any of the Bruno Mars songs, and I don't Wanna Live Forever by Zayn and TSwift. Otherwise at the gym, I listen to whatever is playing.

Words of encouragement/support from passing runners/walkers never happens to me! I either say hi or hello or good morning but never good job. Maybe I'll switch it up and see what happens!
