Is there a way to move a planned run in a training plan to a different day? I can't run on this Tuesday so I want to run Monday but I don't want to start over!!!
TIA

PS if anyone is on Map My Run I need virtual running buddies

I'm on Map My Run but I have to take a break for my feet to heal
Otherwise, I would love to be your virtual running buddy!!

I was on MMR but went to RunKeeper. Feel its a better app and more user friendly. Granted I havent been on MMR in a while.
I try not to run the same things each day of the week in my plans, I run 3/3 split for Cardio/Strength alternating between the two. So Monday I ran a distance run, tuesday lifted, today paced run, tomorrow lifting and friday will be a short fast run.
If you made the plan just adjust the day. If its a plan on an app, say MMR then just record it and do it Monday. My suggestion.0 -
I only use map my run to actually map runs.0
