I did Insanity with my son back in June/July (52 yrs old!...son is 24)...we kept each going..it's was tough...I sweated so much..it was like I was back in Marine Corps bootcamp! I modified some of the exercises to accommodate for my back issues but I did everything on the DVD. This was a big accomplishment for me to do…

I will work on this goal as well. I have a hard time getting my water intake in each day so this has been my daily challenge to myself. So beginning today, I will drink only water every day with meals and in between.

Great Job! What you have are "non-scale victories" which are awesome and motivating! The scales don't always show us what we want to see...but we can see our successes in other ways! Keep up the great work!

Great Job! I loved reading your post....I can relate so much...I do not lose weight very fast and I get down on myself when I see others losing more weight and quicker! But I can't compare myself to others....Keep it up and I will too!

I need so much help and motivation! I am in my 50's and it's very, very, very hard for me to lose weight! I've lost about 25 lbs but I have SO MUCH more to go! I did well for awhile and have "fallen off the wagon"...I quit getting on MyFitnessPal and doing my logging of foods & exercise. Now I MUST get back on track.…

I have the same problem! I eat right, staying at or below my calories, plus I exercise and I don't eat the extra calories I supposedly get from exercising!

I wan ME to look at me and think "you can do this, one day at a time, just hang in there and love yourself".
