You're really not a good ear, or a good person for advice (or so it seems from what I've read from the comments you've made of being "helpful"). The user wasn't asking for magic. They were asking for advice, reminders, mind tricks that could be of use to fulfill and succeed the conscious decision not to go back for more.

Lol, I've had binges where I go over 10,000 calories in a day, over 3-5 consecutive days. It's so painful, but it's not impossible. It's miserable though. At no point does it feel good.

Stuff like that is totally normal girl! =) I sometimes do that with whey powder. I used to eat skim milk powder by the spoonful. So good. Till I started choking. Then went back for moaaar.

On the other hand....if you need to "lose more" till the good stuff comes around, then I wouldn't say that's the good stuff. I'd say that's the shallow stuff.

For me...moderation does not work. I cannot just have "one serving" of something sweet. I go on a downspiral of binging and over-eating all the sweets.
