come on guys i'm 17 and i'm teaching you old folk ;)

yeah technically because your metabolism slows down because you don't have to satisfy as many bodily processes. metabolism is the rate at which respiration in your cells occur. respiration releases energy so the muscles can contract and relax but you're not moving as much when you're asleep and your breathing and heart…
-
when your body isn't getting enough calories your metabolism massively slows down so you don't lose too much weight. it's a primal thing so that when we were cavemen and maybe couldn't hunt for a day or two, we wouldn't all lose so much weight and die. anyway, so in starvation mode once you start eating normally again,…

yeah i think if you slowly return back to normal eating you can keep it off, i have, just like you. And on a liquid fast you are still taking in some calories across the day so your body is less likely to enter starvation mode
-
i'm probably going to get hate for this, but when i plateau i go on a liquid fast for two days bar one meal that's like a salad without dressing and bread and stuff then slowly return it to whatever i'm usually on. liquid fasts for me include any drink i want, whether that's diet coke or a coffee, hope it helps x

yes oh my god, i was in the city at 11 never mind the mall

work out more? working out releases endorphins so that might make you feel happier
-
that's horrible, i can only imagine people at the party didn't say anything in fear of being treated like that themselves, somebody should have called the police though
-
i do that to! you can make your own, so i still log body combat, body balance etc because i know the calories you burn in the class. there might be poster in your gym or you could ask the instructor if you're not sure. obviously that's only roughly because someone much fatter or more muscular would burn more than a skinny…

you're beautiful!
-
interesting...i guess you only did it for 2 days though? and two pounds is a good loss for two days in my opinion! you're right in that it would be tough though :/ on a scale of one to chunder how disgusting does a vegetable smoothie taste? :S

pea nut butter ****ing brownies oh my god it's like taste orgasm

it increases appetite and when i was on it i didn't notice that it did but it actually did (if you understand) so i did eat more and gain weight. as it tricks your body into thinking you're pregnant it becomes extremely hard to lose weight once you've gained it. i'm now terrified for the next time i go on it ;/

search pilates 100s for your stomach, they do wondeerrss, instead of usual ab work outs that push your abs out, if you do them correctly and intensely you will get toned abs that a more concave than convex. no equipment used but i won't say easy
-
i set myself rules like -only eating at certain times of the day -sitting down to eat to make sure i'm not walking around aimlessly snacking -plan what i will eat and not eat anything outside of that -eat within an eight hour window of the day -not eating while i'm studying etc etc... these have helped me actually lose…
-
my intake varies day to day, i would say try to hit the target but try to avoid going more than 100 over
-
even if you're under by 1 calorie MFP will say you're eating too few calories. don't under eat because the likely hood is you'll keep it up for a week and after that overeat and gain any weight you've lost and then some
-
i wouldn't try a fad diet it sounds risky, like the sort of thing where you will put all the weight back on again once it's over. switch up your diet a bit if you're plateau-ing, YOUR BODY IS BORED
-
what does saying bump do?
-
i was told by a personal trainer that bananas are one of the highest potassium foods
-
try zero calorie zero carb noodles, in my opinion they taste really good, they're also known as shirataki noodles. nothing beats zero calorie food :D
-
skimmed milk, 0.1% fat or alpro soya light, only 22 calories/100ml and taste great
