Mine is pretty bad right now on my bum and thighs, 2 years ago when I was down about 12 pounds from where I am now (165lbs) it did appear much better, it was clearly smoothing out. I don't think it will ever go away but I do think it will improve

Don't be embarrassed, you can do this -- you can get to a point that you feel good in your skin! But there is no reason for the embarrassment.

I will also add that I hate A1 sauce. No idea why anyone, my husband and daughter included, ruin awesome steaks with that nasty sauce
-
Woo hoo! That is awesome, very nice job!

Mine are hiking with a pretty good elevation gain and the step class at my gym kicks my calorie butt haha And I like the class way more than I thought I would ever like a step class
-
Alright, it is 4:30am where I am and I am up! Did you get up in time?
-
Are you members at a gym? I find going to the classes they offer is a good way to get in and start getting used to some exercise.
-
Funny thing is I had to go back and look again, first time I had read 'already'

So I have also started waking up early, 4:30am, to make it to 5:15am workout classes. Let me tell you that it took a week before I actually stopped cursed myself when my alarm went off lol Literally would call myself a name cause I didn't want to get up. BUT, I had my workout clothes ready to go and told other people of my…

Thanks everyone! Greatly appreciate it. I avoid the MLM diet stuff but am totally getting why people fall into it.

I don't think there is a real difference between one or the other, but I prefer the elliptical. That said, I am now starting to see the changes I want by adding weight lifting to my workouts.

Those were active calories, so not including BMR -- so that is correct, that was not a total. But we did go slow, we had my 61 year old father with me who without telling anyone was hit with a kidney stone attack a few miles in so we moved slowly. I don't believe the distance is wrong. Most places list the trail itself as…

My best example was a hike I took -- it was 10+ miles, took us 5 hours, through the mountains and I had a 7 pounds pack. MFP estimated I burned 2500+ calories. I use an apple watch, which I know is also not perfectly accurate, but it estimated I burned 980. That is one hell of a difference.

I almost just shot water out of my nose!

Yes, I do and in all fairness, if my husband asked me to do something to help him I would BUT, I would also ask myself if it is reasonable to ask and ask if there is something else going on that is causing him to behave this way
-
Couple of things. 1. IMO it is unfair to ask someone to completely change how they eat/not make something you can smell because you are fasting. That would put me in a bad mood too. 2. Have you asked him why he seems to be unhappy about you going to the gym? It could be some insecurities coming up that talking about may…

As a fellow equestrian my heart seriously aches for you, that is some rough news to hear and I hope she is sound again in the future. As a fellow human I understand your struggle but not working out and eating that way is only going to make you feel worse in the long run. So try your hardest to pull yourself out of that…

I have been having the same issue, only mine is I only get steps credit lately -- which is like 38 calories a day

How many calories would your FitBit give? I have noticed that friends of mine that have a FitBit get way higher calorie burn counts than I ever get on the watch for daily calories burned and for steps. Are the 10,000 steps cause you focused on a quicker paced 5 mile walk or overall for the day you got 10,000?

I normally log 45 minutes of Pilates for it (if I took a 60 minute class) and that tends to give me a rough estimate I have been comfortable with. I think you ca set up your own exercises for logging too but I have not tried that

We took our first TRX class today although I have used it a few times while working out with a friend. I loved the class and liked that I could make the moves harder or easier based on my own fitness level. Some I did more deep and others I needed to make easier.

It is one my favorite things.

Oh I forgot about that. Also not a fan of LaCriox -- I almost wanted to like it but just can't

I agree totally. Ugh, I thought I was going to be sick after eating 1/4 of one. No freaking thank you. Coconut water was also completely nasty to me. I tried it at Costco as a sample and just stood there a moment holding it in my mouth as I could feel my face slowly twisting into some sort of horrified look of disgust…

Thank you! I have always been rather curious so looks like "just living" I burn around 1600 calories per day, which lines up with other days I have had less activity. Appreciate it :)

One of my favorite snacks is to slice an apple, add some form of nut butter to it, sprinkle with a little bit of unsweetened coconut and a couple mini chocolate chips. Yum! I also like celery with peanut butter, banana with almond butter (notice a trend lol) Lunch and dinner vary greatly but my current food goal for myself…

I love this exercise and tried it at the gym -- holy ouch, my inner thighs couldn't hold myself on without really bad pain. Wonder if I was doing something wrong
