Ouch, pretty harsh. Well I do think OP you need to give it more time and also, are you weighing everything? MFP calorie estimates can be way off from what I have seen. Good luck, give it time.

We are our own worst critics and I am sorry you feel this way. Regardless of weight or what a scale says I do hope you start to feel comfortable in pictures. You are a beautiful woman and from one mother to another, take the picture and keep it, even if you hide it for now -- your kids will be forever thankful. <3

Ditto. I touch things other people touched all day and it doesn't bother me. I also don't focus on it but light switches, door handles, elevator buttons, etc. all touched by people same as the gym equipment. Some are sweaty, some have not washed their hands, etc. It is part of life IMO.

If I want a comfortable bra that keeps the girls contained I spend over $60 and I am a 38DD now, but paid the same when I weighed less and was a 36DD too

210lbs seems like a fine weight for a horse to carry, what kind of horses do they have? I am surprised they have turned you down at that weight. I know plenty of men riders who are 6ft plus and over 210 and they ride just fine. I do have horse experience as well.

I have done both. I was a SAHM for 3 years when my boys were younger and now I am working (they are 8 & 6, plus I have an 18 year old daughter) Both have pros and cons. As a SAHM I found I could spread it out more, I could spend more time working on foods and prepping my food and every 90 minutes I had a timer on my phone…

Mine are two pairs of pants that I love but no longer fit. One is a pair of Lucky jeans that I can't even pull over my bum right now, I think that will be 4 months. I tend to make dinners that have a protein, normally in the form of meat, a carb like potato or quinoa, normally 2 veggie options and I make sure that one is something my kids like (like my boys don't like brussel sprouts but love peas) and sometimes a fruit.

My non=professional opinion: weigh your food, track your calories and don't use pills (that can have dangerous side effects) as a crutch.

I found that I was tensing up my shoulders, not only while working out but the entire time I was sore too. If I focus on not tensing I don't get headaches anymore

Have not read the responses but I would go talk to her and then the principal, I am all for teachers promoting being healthy but she is pushing an unhealthy view of food on young kids.

I do veggie scrambles, they are so good. I pretty much add whatever I have- onions, peppers, asparagus, brussel sprouts are my favorite add ins. Cook the veggies in a touch of kerrygold butter and then add 2 eggs. Nom nom nom.

I don't believe this is true. The only thing that causes fat loss is a calorie deficit.

I used to take them and really enjoyed the class but the place I was going was just too expensive in my opinion. I think it is a great class and an enjoyable workout but you will only get out of it what you put in. And, as I found years ago when I was taking them, if you are still overeating you won't see weight loss.
