Thank you! I appreciate it -- not taking creatine but won't start either. I have been doing body splits so will change to a full body. And I have not taken anything for it or iced it. And I certainly think I can do more for a warm up. Thanks again!

This is me as well. My diet is where I struggle but I feel so much better after I workout. It even helps with cramps and I have awful ones

I am newer to lifting but noticed yesterday that my back is starting to show some real changes. I used to have a lovely roll back there when standing this way!

I have an Apple watch, it serves my needs and I really like it. Hoping to upgrade to the newest one soon since it tracks elevation gains and I hike a lot in the summers

I joined our rec center on Jan. 14th and have been doing about 5 classes/workouts per week :) It really is motivating to actually feel and see some positive changes with the hard work.

I joined our rec center in mid-Jan and just started going. There are ALL sorts of fitness levels in each of the classes I have gone to and I wouldn't worry about being embarrassed. Just go! :)

Being supportive and a cheerleader goes both ways. Sounds to me like you should be talking to her, in an open and honest way of how you are feeling and working to get an understanding of how she is feeling.

The biggest change for me so far has been that I really don't drink alcohol anymore. I used to have a glass of wine at home a few times a week or make a cocktail on the weekend, now I just don't want it. I have had one cocktail and two glasses of wine since New Year.

I am 5'8 and working on getting rid of 20-25lbs. Am down 20 so far.

Depends on your idea of low calorie. I am finding more and more that if I eat a meal that has protein, a good fat, some veggies and possible a slice of fruit I stay super full for a long while. An example is a 4oz. piece of baked chicken -- I tend to bake mine with a little bit of Kerrygold butter and some grapeseed oil…

I follow a beginners weight lifting program I found on bodybuilders.com and twice a week I am taking a TRX class at our rec center. I try to also get in one day of yoga or pilates but would like to bump that up to twice per week.

My apple watch gives me almost spot on for calories that the TDEE calculators have given me. Plus, when I eat within the range given to me by the watch I do lose weight.

I only do it on days I am working out before 6am, I have tried to eat and just feel sick to my stomach. It doesn't do anything special....well, other than make it so I don't like like I will get sick
