I have to lose 100 lbs also, and can use all the support I can get. I've been on MFP for about a month, but fell off the wagon a bit last week. Sending a friend request now. I look forward to helping each other out!

I only drink 1-2 cups a day. I did, however, give up Coca Cola 3 weeks ago. I wanted to let you know that the headaches you get when you pretty much give up caffeine are WICKED! They subside after about a week, but they truly sucked.

I also sometimes find it in the specialty cheese section. It's really good on turkey sandwiches on whole wheat bread!

Amendment: I had forgotten something for tonight's dinner. I just added it, so it upped my calories (and my fat) goals for today.
