I put sugar in my sausage gravy-like biscuits and gravy . I gross out anyone that sees me do it-i'm not talking about a little sugar either. I put a lot of sugar on it - every bite needs to be sweet

I cook up some old fashioned oats add cinnamon and 1 (tiny) scoop of kal stevia, walnuts and banana and pour unsweetened almond milk over the top. still my favorite, but also have it with 1 or 2 tblsp of tap an apple spread, and a tsp of cinnamon and a spoonful of peanut butter, topped off with almond milk

I use kal stevia . kal is a brand name and I get mine in the local health food store. It took a while to figure out that stevia is ALOT sweeter than sugar, in fact it comes with a tiny spoon in the bottle that is about 1/16 of a teaspoon and I only use 1 scoop of it for my whole bowl of oatmeal.
