i look on this as a long term lifestyle change so it has to be sustainable, therefore i have days that mean i go waaay over my calorie allowence, BUT, the thing is to get back on track the next day!! the odd "bad"day should not ruin your longterm healthy lifestyle plan, good luck.:drinker: love your avatar btw

i have one and wouldn't change it!!!, i also heard the stories but honestly it doesn't seem to make a difference to me, i am losing weight steadily now that i am eating better and exercising, my weight gain was entirely my own fault, but everybody is different:smile:

i m doing it, but kinda in my own time, you need weights too, but i haven't got any yet so use bean tins or bottles full of water! it seems to do the trick. it is defo a good workout!

yes i also tried evening primrose oil and it worked a treat, i have recommended it to friends before for cramps and general horribleness at tom. :flowerforyou:

yeah whoever thought it was a good idea to put pineapple on pizza needs their head examaning!! and why do they ruin perfectly good cheese by putting fruit or such in it, cheese doesn't need to be flavoured!! it is a flavour!
