Have you ever thought about taking a diabetic education class? It would be really helpful to ya I think. As far as regulating your blood sugar goes its all about counting carbohydrates. yes and I quit smoking a week ago but I've been eating less so not really sure if that has anything to do with it or not

I constantly tighten my abs. its like a mini all day work out and sooner or later you dont realize your doing it. might not make a huge diffrence but any little thing that helps right

you could maybe try doing a little lower intensity cardio 1 or 2 days a week to give your body a small break but not fall off the wagon. You could even skip the gym these days and go for a bike ride or brisk walk/jog.
