ugh so ended up going up to 190lbs this week! a bit disheartened about that... i did, however, manage to do 28 miles this week :) looking forward to the next challenge!

i just did my w4d3 today and am really annoyed at myself. i've been doing it on the treadmill and increasing the intensity throughout the week (10, 11, 12 km/h) and I just gave up half way through the last bit of running tonight! ARGH! i'm not sure whether i should repeat the week or if i should just try and fit in another…

well done guys who made the 3kg! if you didn't don't let it stop you - go for it next month! just stepped on the scales and i'm at....3.6kg for the month! hoping i'll get the 4kg by the end (yes i weigh daily...hahah) anyways yay! thanks for the support guys :)
