1.we have a challenge for this week.move 25 miles.bike, walk, run..however you wish.we will log how far you've gone next Monday

my starting weight is 274....didnt get a chance to weigh in this morning due i woke up late and was running late for work...mondays might also be hard for me to do weigh ins because of me going back to school, but i will try my hardest to do it0

Well I'm going on the trust system mainly.so log your minutes of exercise and just be honest and do your best and report back to me on Monday your milage for the week0

I love the mileage challenge! I actually made a chart and hung on my closet lol! Along with my goal dress, when i get there, totally motivates me every morning!!!0

I've ordered a pedometer so that I can track how far i've gone! Since I will only be tracking from when I receive it im going to have to work extra hard to get those miles in!!0

Boo, Fell off thewagon a few days, so i didn't lose, but ididn't gain either!!

Check in - didn't lose any weight so still at 99.3kg
and I think I got about 7-10kms on the treadmill, I can't say for sure
