I've ordered a pedometer so that I can track how far i've gone! Since I will only be tracking from when I receive it im going to have to work extra hard to get those miles in!!0

Only at 10 miles from our mileage challenge Boo, Fell off thewagon a few days, so i didn't lose, but ididn't gain either!!0

and I think I got about 7-10kms on the treadmill, I can't say for sure

did: about 19 miles
the 25 miles challenge was really hard. I went from doing about 6 miles a week to trying to do 25 and failed. Though some of it wasn't my fault. It rained like there was a hurricane instead of a tropical storm, so I couldn't walk everyday. But I think I'm going to continue trying to walk 25 miles each week.0 -
I'm so on top of the water lol, to be honest I only worked out 2 days this week 5 miles biking and then 5 miles jogging.0
