OH MY GOODNESS wow thats fantastic great job <3 i was 190 and it took me two years to get to 145. Did you go on a specific diet or exercise plan or just kinda do your own thing?

lol glad this team is funny lol exersizing in heels i woke up at 11 so i got a late start btw you can edit your posts so at the end up the day just update everything instead of posting alot for one day. On a side note im going for a run/walk for thirty mins :) havent exersized in a whilee.

Try eating 100 cals more when you just lose the first week and not after it tells me your not eating enough. Also after you workout what do you do The rest of the day. Just because you workout doesn't mean you can sit on a couch for 8 hours. I'm having the same problem been on a diet for two weeks working out twice a day…

Also I think when your bigger your blood volume is up ? So more blood between your joints?

My guess is that when your more muscular you hold your body togighter and when you stand up more your everything gets pushed down I think your tallest when you wake up because you have been streached out on a bed for hours.

When you buy pasta make sure they are whole wheat. quinoa is actually pretty good depending on what you use as sauce to me its like bird food lol. buy fresh veggies or if you know you cant eat all the veggies get the steamer ones i love them. always get fresh fruit canned fruit has bpa in it i think. unless its in glass…

i think ill just use them for one of my snacks then i bascically try and eat 200 cals every couple hours and i had one yesterday and it filled up my sugar craving so i didnt eat for a while like four hours later actually.

also if you cant handle every two hours just keep yourself busy take a walk dance play a game and tell yourself you can wait at least 30 more mins to eat. your body really takes like ten mins to proccess that you are full. but the point isnt to be full the point is to be satisfied

heres some advice for that.. The first day is gunna suck. Eat like 300 cals a meal eat every like two hours after 2 days you will be use to it get some mints suck on them inbetween meals if you are truely hungry between meals get a big peice of bread and eat it slow with water. after two days you will basically adjust to…

i stopped liking soda when i was 12 i think now it just tastes like syrup if you stop drinking it for a while you probably will start to think its too sugary if you need a pick me up try coffee or some berrys :3
