The Nike slogan "Just do it" usually works for me. lol. If I'm feeling lazy and don't want to do a hard workout, I think about how I will regret it later, and the sooner I start, the sooner it'll be over with.

I started my weight loss at 29 1/2 inch waist, my goal is 24"inch waist. The smallest my waist has been is 23" but that's when I had no muscle and was too skinny...I am currently 27 1/2 inch and I have 18 more pounds to lose so we'll see.

I do have a cheat day, Sunday, but I still TRY to stay within my calories on that day. I just allow myself to eat something unhealthy like ice cream, or chocolate, or pizza. Yesterday I went over my calories, but only by 100, I ended up eating a little over 1500 yesterday...but today was my first weigh in in about a week and I lost 2 pounds!!! YES! Only about 18 more to go before I get to the weight I was when I get married :)))

My goal weight is 122 to 126, we will see when I get there! I was 125 on my wedding day and I felt pretty skinny then.
