    check your friends 'profiles'? Some of them yes!
    or do you go as far as looking what they answer to 'My Recent Forum Posts' daily? Yes!

    I check people's weight loss tickers, and sometimes if their "after" is their profile picture I'll go see if they have any "before's" up. And it's random. Usually people I think have made an interesting post.

    None that I communicate with every day, but that is probably just my being an introvert. Mostly it just depends on what shows up in my news feed, and how interesting the topic seems. There are a few that I follow more when it comes to advice about nutrition and fitness.
