  • I use my Polar HRM.
  • No **** something is wrong. But I am telling you the facts. My HRM shows me anywhere from 700-1200 calories. It is a fact. I'll modify my food to eat more protein, less carbs, and no processed foods.. thanks guys! :)
  • I use a HRM. I do about 2.5 hours at the gym sometimes mor depending on my energy. I go by what my HRM tells me.. not MFP.

  • Well, no. I mean look at my logs.. what I put in, is generally what I always eat. Lol. I have a lot of logs, I just started back maybe 3 weeks to a month ago.. I may have missed like a couple days.

  • Thanks guys. I too think this is a nice gift however I really wanted a HRM. I may just return it with the gift reciept and go get a HRM instead. Totally bummed because for whatever reason I was under he impression it WAS a HRM. Womp lol.

  • I figured it wouldn't be such a bad idea. usually I eat between 1200-1400 a day. I don't always work out either, but it's still a deficit for me... but when I have bad nights, I try and make up for it during the week. I have heard of some people " zig zagging" their days? That sounds dangerous lol.
  • Usually after a workout, even 3 days after, your body can swell up. It feels uncomfortable but its your muscles reaction to the weights and workouts.
