Welcome! Yup MFP shows you really how much you are eating. When we start this, none of us really knew how many calories we were eating. At least, i didn't knew from my part. Just some small changes to our eating habit can make a huge difference!

Even tough MFP is great for losing weight, it is also a place where we can relearn how to eat, the portions, etc. Basically it helps us to have a good relationship with food. Keep it up and feel free to add me as a friend!

I'm in! I, also, have put on all that weight all by myself! Like you i have noticed that quite a few women here are mommy and sometimes you feel quite left off. And i'm up for some weekly challenges! Gotta get the motivation going!
-

-
Congratulations! Let's keep up the good work!

Wow! I thought that the 75 pounds i need to lose was nearly impossible but now that i see you, i am truly inspired to stick with MFP and finally lose my extra weight so that i can look as good as you do! Again, congratulation and wow!

Thanks a lot! Unfortunately, i can't really eat within 30 minute of waking up. I get up at 5:10am and have to take an hour long bus ride to work (and you can't eat on a bus). I usually ate at around 7:30-8:30am but i'll try to make up some time for eating when i wake up. I didn't know for the lemon, thanks i'll try that.…
