  • change what you are doing at the gym. You muscles get used to doing one thing and get better at it so you aren't burning what you used to doing the exact same thing. Also, throw in some weights if you aren't already.
  • is there a good way to measure body fat at home? I would like to loose a few more pounds, but i am very curvy, do i don't know that i can without insane amounts of work. I work out 4-5 days a week for about an hour and mostly eat healthy. I would like to base my decision as to whether or not i need to loose more based on a…
  • My grandmother is now the owner of a stationary recumbent bike. I didn't push her in to it, she requested it. That made me so happy, i want her to live forever. She broke her hip a few years ago, but she is still in good shape for being 70. I love NSV.

  • I read in the blogs not that long ago a guy who was doing that. He called it calorie spiking. He would eat more than he needed for the day, all healthy food, and he found it helped him lose weight. It is definitely worth a try. I find that when i only eat 1200 calories i'm too tired to do my workout.
  • Thanks! I sent this to a friend who struggles with cokes as her weakness, but she is a reasonable person, so this will help her.
