Had to lower my goal this week, I think I have a stomach bug or something, since yesterday every time I start exercising even if only for 15 minutes I get a knot in my upper stomach region and very quickly I get massive cramps and nauseated. I have the Zumba for the Wii and it is not as hard as taking a class with an instructor in front of you, but it will still kick my butt. Its really worth the investment and its great as long as the blinds are pulled and everyone else has went to bed...lol!

I wanted to go ahead and report in for this week. I have completed 731 minutes of exercise this week but was not able to stay under calorie for 6 days (I was out of town for 4 days), so I was only 5/7. Well there is always next week. I hope you keep the challenges going.
