  • Light week for me. Started a new job so I didn't actually set a goal but here are my results:

    Monday: 1130 calories burned (6.44 mile walk/jog/run)
    Tuesday: 890 calories burned (5.3 mile walk/run/jog)
    Wednesday: 1034 calories burned (6.48 mile walk/jog/run)
    Thursday: Goose egg
    Friday: 641 calories burned (3.90 mile walk/jog/run)
    Saturday: Zilch
    Sunday: 1275 calories burned (7.91 mile walk/jog/run)

    Not a bad week. Burned 4970 calories while covering just over 30 miles. I'll take it and the 3.4 pounds that I dropped.
