3,500+ Calories Burned Challenge: Mon, 8/27 - Sun, 9/2

Welcome everyone to the 3,500+ calories burned challenge. This weekly challenge has been going on for over a year now and it's open to everyone! So nice to see so many new faces these last few weeks - hope it continues; people are setting higher goals and getting more calories burned!

This is a weekly challenge to meet 3,500+ calories burned. You set your own calorie goal for the week (even if it's below 3,500 - you can work your way to that goal!). Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other than push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

    I'm in. I'm in a wedding in April so I need to get extra serious. I don't want to look like a beached whale, even if I get pregnant before the wedding.

    what a great idea.. I am gonna make a goal of 3500 although I haven't actually worked out in a few weeks. I have a super busy week ahead of me, but being busy makes me work harder.

    I am lowering my goal a bit because I am having a tonsillectomy Friday, so there will be no working out for me after that :-( But I wanna hit it good before I'm down and out for a week or so!

    I'm gonna try this I need to get back on the exercise wagon.....am I understanding this right it is just exercise calories not everyday calories...I don't have a fit bit or anything...

    I didn't make it last week. Took 2 days off during the week and I struggled making up the calories. Going to do better this week :)
