    the 3500 goal might be a bit tough for me right now... but i'll see how close I can get to it... and try harder next week. :D I still plan to give it my best shot. I need to burn 687 each day for the rest of the week to make it to 3500...???? I will try to get close to that...

    I will try, but I'm going to lower the goal.. this is my first challenge like this, so I'll work up to 3,500

    Tues (8/28): 438 (30 Day Shred: Level 1 + Tuesday Mini-Challenge: 150 crunches - 38 minutes)

    Thur (8/30): 350 (30 Day Shred: Level 1 - 28 minutes)
