I got to the end of day 1 without binging! Feel proud of stopping my 2 day binge going any further. Bring on day 2! Couldn't have done it without the encouraging comments!

Cereal is the worst! I used to be the same - if I had one bowl I would binge on that followed by whatever unhealthy food was in the cupboard! I now don't buy any cereal - have porridge for breakfast, and if I eat that late at night it takes longer to make and is warm and filling and doesn't make me go for the cupboard…

Thanks for all the responses. I have exercised this morning to earn a few more calories and definitely going to log the dancing...it is usually very energetic!! Might just log it for half the time though so I know its accurate. Have also got a chicken noodle salad and a tub of instant porridge to have before hand!

Thanks all for the replies. I know it's not healthy and it is something I wouldnt normally do...just trudging through snow I wanted something comforting and warming! Thank you. MFP said I burned 194 calories but to be honest that seems extremely high. I am going with that I burnt 100 and just eating those back!
