I'm short, no worries watkinsc =) It is not dangerously small for someone like me. And yeah...I figure it's the last to go (unfortunately). I'm just getting so impatient!! Hahaha.

I am not that big, but I am only 5'2 with a 34DD. A sports bra alone doesn't help me at all, so what I do alot is wear a regular bra (an old one that I don't care if it gets sweaty and stuff), and then I'll wear a sports bra over that (and usually in a cup size smaller size so it's tighter fitting), and then over that, and…

Yeah, I'm at 1,200, so okay, that makes sense. Thank you. And so will my carbs and protein and fat all stay the same as well then?
-
hmmm...yeah I did that and everything still stayed the same. idk, maybe i'll just manually adjust everything myself. thanks for your suggestions though! =)

i have lost 12.2 so far and it hasn't automatically adjusted anything for me...which is why i became kind of curious. i'll look into the "change goals" thing you mentioned mbroeckelmanpo, thank you!

When??

Awesome job girl!! Keep it up!

I think you're full of crap, and have a nasty attitude as well. Your supposed "lack of clarification" just offended so many people. Which goes to show me not only are you a disrespectful person, but also a judgmental person. I feel bad for anybody else here that you will attempt to give advice to, and just hurt and offend…

I had/have terrible scoliosis that cause a small fracture in my lower spine. I ended up having extensive surgery when I was 16. Before surgery and after, I was a competitive swimmer. I loved it afterwards because there is little risk of injury (its not a contact sport), and it never put pressure on my spine the way running…

i thought i would lose some in my boobs as well when i lost weight....but no such luck. i feel your pain =/ and unfortunately i don't know of much to help them go down, but if you end up finding out please lemme know!

HAHAHAH! OMG SHAME SHAME SHAME!
-
don't beat yourself up!!! do you have any time to go for a run or take a walk or something? it won't solve the problem, but ya might feel better. for dinner i would make something like grilled chicken and rice. don't feel that you can't eat at all now. Tomorrow is a FRESH start! =)

I truely hope she comes back to read the responses and considers changing her attitude.
-
Hahah i agree! And thanks for your comment earlier! There's bound to be conflict on here sometimes and reading this post just brought out some of my rage!! Haha!
-
I'm not sure what happened...but I hope you start feeling better soon! The next time you want to just eat out of sadness, go take a walk. Even a little one, for 10 minutes. It will be enough to get your mind off the food for a little while and get a tiny bit of exercise. Good luck dear xoxo

And BTW, I don't LIE on here. I use my food journal for my own use. I don't need other ppl to see it and give feedback. And I listen to what the scale tells me, whether I like it or not. I have been sucessful in my weight loss, this past year especially. I don't need someone who doesn't know me to generalize me as someone…
-
I do seriously want to lose weight. But I don't need my journal to be completely public for me to become serious about it. I am facing the problem and dealing with it, you really have no idea how each person decides to go about their weight loss. I used to just carry a notebook around in my purse for me to track my…

I was just looking for encouragement. Not someone to investigate my food journal.
-
Thanks guys =) I won't give up by any means...I just wish my goals were moreattainable so I felt that constant drive to get there. But you're right, even to only lose 2 or 3 is still an accomplishment!
-
Gahhh...thats really a shame =/ I guess I'll have to get used to my 1 cup of grapes or less a day from now on... :(
-
thank you everyone!
-
how do i monitor the difference on here then? it all ends up grouped together, ya know?
-
Thank you everyone for your replies, they are definately appreciated and I read each and every one. I agree with a lot of comments, disagree with some, and there are a few I think I really need to thin about and re-consider. To answer a previous post, I am only 5'2, so my goal weight is within my normal range. I know it…

I think part of it is just concern. Outside of this she is a great friend. But idk.. =/

This is fun! Altough I'm pretty a few of this are definately not true, haha.

i think i was just confused because when i filled out my info and picked the selection for nursing, it put me at the lower end of activity, just slightly active. And I'm like OMG my feet are killing me after clinicals, and I am sweating at points throughout the day, runnin around at times. I mean, I feel like that's more…
-
Yeah I did set it for the setting they suggested for nursing initially. It just feels like I am walking so so much I thought it would count for something extra.
-
Ohhh, okay. Bummer, haha. Thanks!

Usually some sort of fruit...especially strawberries, pineapple, or grapes.
