Adjusting my cal intake

I've been going off of the recommended cals and carbs and all that from the site for a while now. Should I manually adjust it as I lose weight...or should it auto adjust for me? Little confused how it works here.
Thanks =)

    Go to "goals" and click on "change goals." Even if you don't change anything, this will prompt it to update your daily recommended calories.

    it will automatically adjust for you... I think it is every 10 lbs. It will notify you as well.
  • i have lost 12.2 so far and it hasn't automatically adjusted anything for me...which is why i became kind of curious.

    i'll look into the "change goals" thing you mentioned mbroeckelmanpo, thank you!
  • hmmm...yeah I did that and everything still stayed the same.

    idk, maybe i'll just manually adjust everything myself.

    thanks for your suggestions though! =)

    Are you at 1200 calories a day? if so, it will never adjust any lower than that.
  • Yeah, I'm at 1,200, so okay, that makes sense. Thank you.
    And so will my carbs and protein and fat all stay the same as well then?

    Yes, nothing will change. You can modify the amounts if you want and keep your calories the same, just by adjusting the % of each you want to eat in your diet.
