Thanks guys!! I'm so excited about it! My first class was super clumsy haha but I'm sure I'll get better with more practice! And I agree about extra gym motivation! I already hit the gym most days, but after my first class I was like, "I NEED MORE UPPER BODY STRENGTH!!"

I think it’s definitely possible to lose more per week, however, it may cause you to be more hungry, and your workouts will suffer because you’ll have less energy. It sounds like you’ve found a sustainable balance already, and in my opinion, I think you should just stick to it. Good luck!

It's not bad as long as you're not exercising. If you start to exercise, then you'll need to eat some more.
