From my experience and research, I believe that its important to keep lifting the same weight. You can decrease frequency but lift the same. Your muscles need to keep their strength in order to keep their size.

Use dumbbells for lunges( a great exercise in my opinion ) You could increase weight or sets up to 5. You could also do drop sets for maximum burn. They really hit the spot :)

Yeah oestrogen levels are higher in men with higher body fat and testosterone levels lower. Your not exactly obese though and I wouldn't of thought it would make a big difference at only 20% BF. Just keep working out and eat healthy and your body fat will drop while your gaining muscle if your calories are about right.…

There isn't really a replacement for chin ups in my opinion. They're such a good exercise and I'd focus on trying to lose a little weight if your struggling with bodyweight exercises, or just keep trying hard with the forced negatives. You can use a chair. Yeah keep it the same everyday as the other guys have stated. I'd get the whey in 15mins before or after your workout along with some carbs and all is cushdy. :)

Yeah do push ups on your knees if you can't manage a normal one. Wall press ups won't be doing a great deal tbh.
