I would go for the makeover. It looks like you have thought it through so it could be very satisfying. I really value these things that you want so that influences my opinion. When I feel great, I am more inspired overall.

My BMR is 1,142 and MFP planned me to eat 1,460 and then I eat my exercise calories earned too. Hope I am doing it right.

I just eat it with vegetables. My Mom was telling me that my sister makes hers with pomegranate and I find that interesting.

I am also a shorter woman. 5'3" and 101 lbs. The best workout pants I have found are C9 at Target they come in short length and XS - they are perfect!!!!! They come in all sizes..check them out! :heart:

I am 5'3" and I weight 101lb now. Lost about 4lbs since I quit exercising regularly. I have 3 days in a row of a small effort made, trying to build back up.

I have gone to a bunch of Ashtanga classes before and once I tired Bikram hot yoga..I really liked that. Right now I am going through a phase of low self confidence so I am doing a dvd at home. It is the Am/Pm that was mentioned. I just ordered another disc of Kundalini yoga because the description claimed to help heal…

I am 30 years old and I have always had to purchase my jeans in the junior's section so I understand. :laugh: Also I am a shorter woman and most of my length is torso, my legs are petite. These suggestions are all good. I could try them myself. :blushing:

I weigh myself all the time. My scale is actually in the dining room. I recently lost 4lbs over a few months span since I quit working out regularly. It will be interesting watching the scale go up because even if it is for healthful reasons it just feels weird. :flowerforyou:

Hi I just joined and I am a vegetarian of over 6 years. :) I try and eat a lot of my food in it's natural form but then I also eat at least some junk food daily. I also want to learn to cook more vegetarian meals as I eat many of the same things each week.
